The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Memorial Complex named after the First President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.

Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers at the monument to the great state and political figure Islam Karimov, paid tribute to his bright memory.
