Foreign policy. 1993 year

April -2. Malaysian Prime minister Mahathir bin Mohammad paid an official visit to Uzbekistan. 

April 20. A delegation from the OSCE headed by the chairman of the council and foreign minister of Sweden Margareta af Uglas. The foreign minister met with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov on April 21. 

May 14. In Moscow there was a meeting of CIS heads of state, including President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.

October 11. A communique on establishing diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Morocco was signed at the Uzbek Embassy in Moscow. 

November 10. Talks were held in Almaty between President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbaev. 

November 22-25. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov paid an official working visit to the UK and northern Ireland.
