On January 11, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chyngyz Aydarbekov visited the Memorial Complex. He was accompanied by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan Ibrahim Junusov.

The guest laid flowers to the monument of the first President, and honored the memory of Islam Karimov.

The head of the Memorial Complex Temur Shirinov briefed the guests about the history of the “Oqsaroy” residence and works to be done in it to complete the Islam Karimov Museum there.

The spouse of the First President of Uzbekistan Tatyana Karimova met with the Kyrgyz delegation at the exhibition “The Heart that embraced the Universe”.

Traditionally, the honored guests were presented with memorable gifts the book album "Islam Karimov is the founder of Independent Uzbekistan" and the catalog of the exhibition.
